Details: Choice between grey, sandstone, or sandstone + sand. Grey is $6 per foot. Sandstone is $7 per foot. Sandstone + Sand is $8 per foot. We remove the old mastic, clean the area, then apply a self-leveling sealing around the perimeters of the pool.

Details: This service covers the repair of plumbing lines buried under dirt surrounding your pool or spa. It includes locating and fixing leaks or breaks in the plumbing system to ensure proper water flow and prevent water loss.

Duration (1-2 Days)
Details: Repairing pool return jets located under the deck involves cutting a 1’ x 1’ square in the deck in order to access the leak. This service ensures that your pool's circulation system is functioning correctly for efficient water filtration.
In-Wall | $3,475
Duration (2-3+ Days)
Details: This service involves repairing spa return jets for an “in ground spa.” It involves cutting a 1’ x 1’ square in the deck in order to access the leak. In which we’ll re-bridge the connection and re-attach a new line connecting the air blower for proper air flow.
(Spa) In-Wall | $4,975
Duration (5+ Days)
Details: Leaks in the spa returns are typically inside of the spa wall for above ground spas. In order to repair this leak we have to drain the spa and cut away at the concrete from the inside of the pool. Once we fix the leak we’ll reseal the area with concrete and then match the plaster type.
Skimmer Replacement | $1,975
Duration (2-3+ Days)
Details: Skimmer replacement involves removing and replacing a damaged or malfunctioning skimmer, which is essential for trapping debris and maintaining water quality in your pool or spa. In this process we remove the entire concrete block that cascades the skimmer to ensure that there is enough room to fit a new skimmer in as well as re-bridge the connection.
Crack Repair | $175/ft + Plaster Patch
Duration (5+ Days)
Details: Crack repair includes draining the pool, repairing cracks at $175 per foot, and applying a plaster patch to restore the pool’s surface. In this process we cut at the concrete surrounding the crack and then inject a polyethene solution inside of the crack. Once it’s dried we apply new concrete on top and match the plaster. (We found through our experience that this method is much better and longer lasting than staples.)

Under Dirt Repair
This repair involves locating and exposing a leaking pipe or fitting beneath the soil. Our technician carefully digs out the surrounding area, removes the damaged section, and pressure tests both sides of the pipe to ensure there are no additional leaks. After rebuilding the connection and confirming the repair holds under pressure, we backfill the area and leave it clean and presentable.

Under Deck Repair
For leaks located beneath the concrete deck, we begin by carefully cutting a 1' x 1' section of concrete to access the leaking line. The damaged pipe is removed, both sides are pressure tested, and the connection is rebuilt. Once the repair is confirmed to hold under pressure, the concrete is replaced and blended to closely match the surrounding deck. A patch will be visible, but the area will be clean and restored as best as possible.

Skimmer Replacement
If a skimmer is leaking or has structural damage, we perform a full replacement. The surrounding concrete is carefully cut, the old skimmer is removed, and a new one is installed and sealed. We reconnect all plumbing and replace the deck section to ensure everything is watertight and looks as close to the original as possible.

Polyurethane Crack Repair
For surface-level cracks in plaster or gunite, we inject polyurethane foam to create a flexible, long-lasting seal. This method is ideal for smaller structural cracks or preventative maintenance. It’s less invasive and can stop leaks without extensive demolition, though a visible line or patch may remain where the repair was made.

Gunite Replacement Crack Repair
This is a more permanent solution for significant cracks. We chip away both sides of the crack to expose fresh material, inject polyurethane to fill any voids, and then apply new gunite and plaster over the repair area. This method restores the structural integrity and creates a more seamless, aesthetic finish, though color differences may be noticeable if the pool has older plaster.
