  • Water spraying from a broken underground pipe in soil.

    Pressure Test

We isolate each plumbing line—skimmers, returns, main drains, spa jets—and pressurize them with water or air to determine if any leaks exist underground or in hard-to-see areas. A loss in pressure indicates a breach in the line. This process is one of the most accurate ways to confirm whether the leak is in the plumbing or within the pool structure itself. It’s the backbone of reliable leak detection and helps avoid guesswork and unnecessary repairs.

    Dye Test

Our technicians use a safe, non-staining dye to identify structural leaks inside the pool. We apply the dye near common leak areas such as cracks, lights, skimmers, drains, and return fittings. The dye gets pulled into the leak path, visually confirming where water is escaping. This technique is especially effective in pinpointing small leaks in the pool shell or spa that might not be visible otherwise.

    Sonar/Pipe Cameras

Using industry-leading sonar technology or a waterproof inspection camera, we locate underground pipes and visually inspect their internal condition. This advanced method allows us to trace the plumbing route, detect cracked or collapsed lines, root intrusion, and joint separations—all without having to dig. It’s a powerful tool that helps us provide accurate diagnoses and targeted repair recommendations while minimizing damage to your yard or deck.

    Under Dirt Repair

This repair involves locating and exposing a leaking pipe or fitting beneath the soil. Our technician carefully digs out the surrounding area, removes the damaged section, and pressure tests both sides of the pipe to ensure there are no additional leaks. After rebuilding the connection and confirming the repair holds under pressure, we backfill the area and leave it clean and presentable.

    Under Deck Repair

For leaks located beneath the concrete deck, we begin by carefully cutting a 1' x 1' section of concrete to access the leaking line. The damaged pipe is removed, both sides are pressure tested, and the connection is rebuilt. Once the repair is confirmed to hold under pressure, the concrete is replaced and blended to closely match the surrounding deck. A patch will be visible, but the area will be clean and restored as best as possible.

    Skimmer Replacement

If a skimmer is leaking or has structural damage, we perform a full replacement. The surrounding concrete is carefully cut, the old skimmer is removed, and a new one is installed and sealed. We reconnect all plumbing and replace the deck section to ensure everything is watertight and looks as close to the original as possible.

    Polyurethane Crack Repair

For surface-level cracks in plaster or gunite, we inject polyurethane foam to create a flexible, long-lasting seal. This method is ideal for smaller structural cracks or preventative maintenance. It’s less invasive and can stop leaks without extensive demolition, though a visible line or patch may remain where the repair was made.

  • Empty swimming pool under repair with cracks and exposed concrete steps, outdoor grill in background.

    Gunite Replacement Crack Repair

This is a more permanent solution for significant cracks. We chip away both sides of the crack to expose fresh material, inject polyurethane to fill any voids, and then apply new gunite and plaster over the repair area. This method restores the structural integrity and creates a more seamless, aesthetic finish, though color differences may be noticeable if the pool has older plaster.

    Polyurethane Injections

This service is used to seal cracks in structural surfaces around the skimmer. We inject expanding polyurethane foam deep into the crack, which fills voids and creates a watertight seal. It’s a fast and effective way to stop water loss in specific problem areas without needing major reconstruction.
